Likewise, in the event that curriculum information has been received, we will process the information contained in said CV (curriculum vitae) in the same manner, considering it was voluntarily provided by the owner.
Sensitive Data: We inform you that for these purposes, no sensitive personal data will be collected, except for those voluntarily provided by the owner within the curriculum information sent, for which it is understood that by sending it you will be granting your express consent.

Said request must comply with the following: name of the owner, address or any other means to receive notifications, documents that prove the identity of the owner or, where appropriate, the legal representation and identity of their representative, a clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which any of the ARCO rights are sought to be exercised, except in the case of the right of access, the description of the ARCO right intended to be exercised, or what the owner requests and any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data. The maximum period to communicate the decision adopted will be a maximum of twenty days, starting from the date the request was received, and if appropriate, it will become effective within fifteen days following the date the response is communicated.
